Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned within 7 days of request. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If items are returned appearing worn/used/laundered and/or have makeup, deodorant, animal hair or smell of cigarette smoke/fragrances the item will not be accepted for return, and you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you. Items will not be accepted if post marked after 7 days of return request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at jdemby@sit-co.net

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are not eligible for return are any clearance items/final sale items, accessories (earrings, hair accessories) and varsity jackets/patches. Items that have been customized are non-refundable.  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as store credit unless shop error was made, then original payment will be offered.
